Special thanks to @shohana1 for organizing this contest. I always appreciate the opportunity to talk about self care...which in this case is hair care.

Going through school, I had to cut off my hair until I finished highschool and joined university. This is when I started growing my hair around December of 2018. Taking care of short hair was really not a problem because all I had to do was wash it and comb it. At the time, I was using movit hair food with avocado oil.

But course, it started growing longer and longer. This is when I realized that I have to put in some extra work.
At this time, I decided to try out some new options; a friend recommended that I try out TCB naturals nourishing hair food.

MAJOR INGREDIENTS
•Lanolin
It's main purpose is to moisturize the hair. It prevents the evaporation of water the skin and hair hence locking the existing moisture into the skin...this is how you deal with dry hair.

•Vitamin E
It is useful in rebuilding and repairing aged tissues. It repairs damaged hair, preventing hair loss while increasing the shine of the hair.

•Protein
They strength hair strands, flexibility and elasticity. And a bonus point, it promotes hair growth.

As you can see from my own pictures below, TCB naturals nourishing hair food has been very good to me.

It keeps my hair shinning and glowing. And the best thing is that it prevents hair dryness which is something that I had struggled with for awhile.

After styling my hair, I spray with olive oil.
