Introduction
This is @caleb-marvel and am glad to be participating in the 5th workout challenge with is the Advance Planking is really good to keep our body fit so that we can be about to live longer and younger everyday.
During the process of this planking exercise, I noticed some pains in my shoulder and also in my abdomen. This exercise helps to born excessive fat from our body and we sweat in the process of this exercise.
I really what to thank our instructor @okoriepresh27 the his team members for finding time for this contest. And to all our members, we love you all and please stay fit, safe and well.
