I welcome you all to our workout challenge for today, i believe we all had a wonderful holiday. Welcomed once more. This year we have planned and are working on making our workouts more instructional, this means that we'll be featuring instructional videos for the workouts. For the last few months our workouts have been focused on beginners level and guide, by now i believe we have gotten the necessary skills to some workout exercises. So now we will be going harder and to the next level (INTERMEDIATE). There are always three levels of competency to everything we do which requires skills, and exercise requires some skills to get it done and very well. They levels are as follows :
° Beginner
° Intermediate
° Advanced
Beginners level
In this level a fresher or beginner has little or no skills on how to perform a workout. So we have tried and presented our previous workouts in a way that everyone was able to practice. At this level our workout was home based.
Intermediate level
At this level you must have acquired some basic skills on how to perform many workout exercises. You will start using Gym equipments at this level.
Advanced level
At this level you must have mastered many workout skills and using gym equipments that you are now able to create your own workout programs.
As mentioned earlier we are now on the intermediate level. Today's program is push up. I guided you all on the beginners' level to push up which is the knee push up, so now follow me as i guide you through the intermediate level.
Push up
Push up is one of the muscles strengthening exercises, which can be performed in your home or in the gym. This is done by suspending your body mass on your ball feet and your arms placed a bit wider than your shoulder with your fingers pointing forward. Then bring your chest down to the floor and back up to the starting position. I am glad that steemfitnesshub is up and working in this year of 2022. Thank you our able instructor @jespy for letting us know how 2022 program will run.
It is a good thing to know of the program divisions into three levels, the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels workout.
The beginner level will help everyone in the community who are new to workouts master basic workout movements. The intermediate will show harder home workouts and as you said will introduce us to gym equipments. With the advanced, we will be able to create our own workout program.
This is indeed a good way to go this year and we are up and ready to give our support to fitness programs.
