I strongly believe that by now you must have gained the needed balance and stability to venture into the intermediate level of squat. This workout is good for both men and ladies, it gives you a well structured leg if you are man, and for the ladies it gives you a well rounded butt and toned leg. It very important that we include leg day to our workout routine.
