Physical exercise done regularly have great benefits to the human body. So many diseases can be managed well if a regular program of physical activity is incorporated. These benefits include but not limited to
- managing the heart health from risks of attack
- maintaining adequate body weight
- managing the blood sugar level
- reducing excessive cholesterol
- keeps the bones strong as well as the muscles.
- making you livelier and happy daily.
#Steemfitnesshub is making things easier for people like me who knows the value of physical exercise. Practicing it daily or at least three times per week is usually a daunting task because of not knowing what type to do without having to go to the gym center every time. So I appreciate this community for bringing the gym to my home.
Today the third Workout Challenge is Sit Squating. I got up early, had my spiritual routine then got set for the challenge. Placing a small bench behind me, I positioned my body
- straight my arms forward as if to push a truck
- look straight to the opposite direction
and start to squat down slightly touching my buttocks on the bench behind me lifting my body up and down.

The benefits derived
The Workout is really a challenge, yes for I felt its imparts after repeating it more than five rounds with about eight times each round. So
- I sweated fantastically
- I noticed that my laps' muscles became thick and a bit heavier
- my arm muscles too felt the impart
Did you know I have big buttocks? Yeah in the coming weeks, my body mass will balance. I enjoyed every bit of the Sit-Squat Challenge. Yes as am writting this post, I feel lighter and agile very active.
