Hello friends, how did your day go today? Hectic or less stressed? Did you begin your day with Sitting Dip workout? If you did, I commend you very well. As for me, I too began my day with this second workout challenge of #steemfitnesshub.
What was the experience like? Let me tell you.
- I watched the video tutorial for the day's Workout Challenge several times taking note of the positions required for accurate Sitting Dip exercise.
- Positioning a bench by the wall, I sat down and held a tight grip on the edge of the bench.
- Then I spread out my legs the shoulder width.
- I began to push down and up my body between 45 and 90 degrees as taught by Instructor01.
- I repeated the exercise several times in order to feel its imparts.

Pushing myself dip down but not touching the floor
The imparts of the Workout
- I felt lighter during the day
- Some calories were burnt because of the exercise.
- Though I initially felt a bit pain in my arms but before the end of the day, it was relived.
Daily workout is good for the body, we all need it whether young or old, fat or slim. The benefits of physical exercise can not be overemphasized, they are too many to mention.
Do not deny your body the needed regular exercises. You will be doing yourself a lot good exercising adequately. That's why #steemfitnesshub is here to guide every Steemian the right way to work it out so that as we Steem our money we Steem our health.

I find it hard to do this exercise, honestly @meymeyshop you have always be a stand out example when it comes to workouts

It's not too difficult to do, just try as you can then gradually you'll get through it. Thanks for your good words.

@beautybb you sure can do it, just follow the instructions and direction.
You could go lesser reps, and higher sets.
Try doing 7-8 reps of 10 sets. That totals 70 or 80 reps, and that commendable for a beginner.
