It's time to recall your childhood, it's time to have fun while burning that fat with high intensity workout - SKIPPING.

Remember, our activities are progressive, we take into consideration every Steemian whether a trained gymnast or not. That's exactly the way it is, we are progressing from easier challenges to harder ones.

SKIPPING involves stabilizing the body using the abdominal then jumping with your legs and using the shoulder, the arms to turn the rope. The whole body is worked out. Due to the amount of energy exerted in Skipping, it makes one feel like you have run a mile within eight minutes.

But that is good for you to burn up to 1,600 calories within minutes, no wonder most celebrities are fans of SKIPPING ROPE.
