Today I feel very happy because I was able to meet the team, members and volunteers of the @steemforsdgs project. This meeting started when we had a discussion through the Whatsapp group. The results of the discussion from the group finally we decided to have a meeting and discuss about the program.

This meeting took place at the Rayap Waterfall tourist spot in the North Aceh district. Rayap Waterfall is one of the most popular tourist destinations for tourists. Usually on holidays, this place is always crowded with tourists, both local and foreign tourists.

This waterfall is also included in one of the most popular tourist icons and is proud of by the North Aceh district government. From the center of the capital city of Lhokseumawe, it only takes about 1 hour to get to this waterfall. Meanwhile, the trip from downtown Lhoksukon will take more than 1 hour.

This is the most proud tourist destination where we hold our meeting. This meeting aims to develop pilot projects and programs that will be implemented to develop this community. In addition to meeting activities, we also carry out Clean Up actions in this Waterfall tourist area.

• Work harder to achieve the vision and mission of the community
• Build cooperation and collaboration with local and foreign communities

Lunch menu

At this meeting we provide lunch for all members and the team. The lunch menu at this meeting was grilled fish. This grilled fish tastes very delicious, especially when enjoyed in the waterfall stream.

Grilled fish is incomplete if it is not enjoyed together with soy sauce. This soy sauce is processed by @teukumuhas and @guski. They are the ones who prepare this condiment. Tomatoes, chilies, and shallots are mixed well with soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. It's a really delicious mix of flavors.

Clean Up

After finishing the meeting and having lunch, we finally decided to enjoy the freshness of this waterfall. We showered and swam in the stream which was not that strong . The flow of this river contains a number of large rocks.

After enjoying the freshness of the waterfall, then we did a Clean Up action around the waterfall flow environment. Clean Up meetings and activities are carried out on the basis of member initiatives and are carried out voluntarily. We collected a lot of garbage that piled up in the river.

This garbage comes from tourists who are still not aware of environmental cleanliness. In this location, there are very many vendors selling ready-to-eat meals and various snacks, which are predominantly wrapped in plastic. From this Clean Up action, we found Instant Noodle Cups, drink bottles, and a number of plastic packages of food scraps.

Some plastic waste is even stuck in the rocks and plants that grow in the river. We have provided sacks to collect this garbage. Sacks can be used repeatedly, so we advise you to use sacks when doing a Clean Up instead of using plastic products that are very difficult to decompose by organisms.

This activity is also a form of our concern for the environment. Because one of the goals of our presence is to be part of people who do positive things that have an impact on the environment and the welfare of human life. Initiative, passion and dedication are the main assets for us to continue to do good.

This Clean Up is also part of a number of programs that we carry out on the basis of the Planet Positives movement and theme. The Planet Positives movement through this Clean Up action is carried out to provide campaigns and education to traders and visitors not to litter. We hope that this Clean Up activity that we do can provide awareness for everyone to protect this beautiful earth.
