Now let's go back to my delicious vegan recipe! This time I had a dessert made from bananas, coconut milk and brown sugar.

Ingredients

• 10 ripe of bananas, cut into pieces
• 500 ml of thick coconut milk
• 200 ml of thin coconut milk
• 150 grams of brown sugar, finely chopped
• 50 grams of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• pandan leaves

HOW TO MAKE:

• Step 1
  Cut bananas.

  Cook bananas with liquid coconut milk, brown sugar, sugar, salt, vanilla, pandan leaves.

Continue stirring until the bananas are almost cooked.

  Add thick coconut milk, continue to stir until it boils.

  Remove and serve.
