Best Budget Keyboard?

Hi guys!
I'm thinking about buying a new keyboard. I don't want to spend too much money, so I'm looking for a budget option. I've found two interesting products: Steelseries Apex 150 and Hyperx Alloy Core RGB. Which one would you recommend? Or can you recommend another keyboard?
I don't need a mechanical keyboard, a membrane keyboard would work just fine for me.
