You know it is spring when...

... when you see all the buggers fighting for every little flowers that just managed to open.

I don't know much about those furry buggers, but I do see them often feeding on pollen on various plants. Oh the zoomed photos I noticed that they are covered in sand. Could it be that they sleep though the winter dug up in the soil (or sand, since the area is very sandy) and they just woke up and crawled up? It was one of the warmer days this year.
Or their larvae, or whatever they hatch from, and when the time is right the transform to a hairy bugger and crawl up...
The sand didn't get that on it own!

It is funny to see them all on one flowers eating together. No pushing, no fighting, just eat fast go find another one.
There were other flowers around, but only this one was so popular.

Is spring already here? and there are flowers with bugs?
I also want flowers, leaves, butterflies and beetles.

It is here.. it was very warm February and temperatures reaching 20C. Things are blooming and bugs are waking up :)
