The first thing I am going to share from my trip is Baby Rocks. This is on Route 160 in Arizona, on the Navajo Reservation.
This is the first time I have ever seen how the Native Americans live and I was so saddened by it - I barely knew what was going on at home because I intentionally did not connect much to the internet - but to see how those beautiful people have been living the last 300 years, made me think - yea payback's a bitch.
This part of the Navajo Res though is breathtaking and it might be a source for me of artistic inspiration for a while...
I can practically see our Native American ancestors standing like monuments inside of the rock cliffs, joined together, arm in arm. More than anyone else, I believe the Native Americans cherish the land and their ancestors. I am glad, at least, the land is deservedly theirs forever.

Thank you so much for this insightful comment... and yes I agree 100% - I have often felt that they are the one culture that knew and learned how to work and live with Gaia- and when I looked in their eyes across the jewelry counter- that is what I still saw- and these petroglyphs as well mirror back to us our native heart and Truth. Especially in these most difficult times they are there waiting for us to join them in Spirit of Natural Law and Agape
