A farewell post to the snow

Please, please, please stay! If you stay, I will do anything. Anything! Don't go. Not just yet. I know I didn't appreciate you enough when you were here, but I promise that if you come back, I will make it up to you and everything will be better. Everything will be alright. Like it used to be. No, better than it used to be!

Oh, no. Are you really gone?

It was nice knowing you for few days. So bright and white. So beautiful on the mind and soul. Was just thinking the other day that I should make snow angels with you. But I was busy. Busy indoors. Busy elsewhere. Busy just admiring you and photographing you. And still partly, after those few days when you finally decided to show, blinded by your amazing appearance.

But now you're gone.

Turn your back on me. Just go I say. Just go already. Oh, you actually did. Sigh. I guess you won't be coming back any time soon. We would have had such fun times together. Me and you. You and me. My precious snow. And although you are, really precious, I would have let other people play with you too. More the merrier. And I really mean it. It would have been fun and I promise that I would have not been jealous. But here you left me. All alone. In the dark. Dark and wet. Windy, dark and wet. Cold, windy, dark and wet.

So you're gone.

Do not let the door hit you on your way out. I will do just fine without you. I actually love the dark and wet streets where all the light from the streetlamps is sucked in to. Like a black hole. Wet, black hole roads. Dark matter roads. That is my thing. Gloomy, wet, dark, slush and sleet. No light, no light. We here in the darkness do not miss you at all! We don't want you back and actually we don't even remember you anymore. Who are you? Who? Unless of course you're thinking of coming back.
