Lightpainting Artwork created, during one photografic longexposure.

How it`s done:

This picture is from my Dotwork series. In this series I only painted the pictures with my star stick. First I drew the model with red dots and then I filled the background with blue dots. Due to the overexposure of the sensor, red and blue are partially burned out to orange and white, which is a pretty cool effect.

Light painting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
