Is Steem now an upvote haven ghost town?

This is basically the second page of trending.

Tons of posts that are upvoted and may or may not be good... but no one is interacting.
There are 8 of these posts... these are the top posts on the entire site of steem AND many of the ones above it won't even show up on a site like Steemit.com because of censorship. So non interacted posts are now essentially the face of steem.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
