Good morning my fellow Steemians! I hope you're doing well throughout this whole COVID-19 thing and still getting some good fresh air and exercise.
My wife, son, and I try to get out for a walk every day or two just to ensure that we're not always cooped up in the house.
One of our favorite spots to go to is the park near to our house, which has ample free space and we can let our toddler run until his little legs are jello.
The pond in the park is one of my favorite spots. In a few weeks when it's warmer, we will start to see baby ducklings here near the spot where the last remains of the igloo are. (In the winter this pond is usually safe to skate on, and this year some kids built an igloo-like thing out of snow to play on).

This is the other side of the same pond, and shows a neat layer of ice that is still hanging on despite several days of +17'c weather.

Hope you enjoy the photos! I really like the look of the open water compared to the thin ice. It'll probably be all gone in the next day or two, so I'm enjoying it while it lasts!
