The pillars of this pavilion has already erected way back 2017, having many helping hands to keep the construction of this great empire pivoted in our hearts moving. As it's often said; an empire isn't built one day, unless we all maintain the momentum and keep the race to reach our target of building this pavilion. Unless we keep our eyes, minds, and hearts focussed. Should we have one faith, one vision, one purpose, we can easily build this pavilion as well as team Ghana. I would like us to unite as we had recorded sometime ago, so that we can build a vibrant community, since everyone is building his Steem pavilions; every nation is at ago doing something to promote Steem. It has come to my notice, if we can start something here, if we can plan something in common as a nation, but that idea will fix well well in the general action plan of Steem, Inc. Maybe @ocd Community and other Steem promotors like @theycallmedan and @starkerz can advocate this idea. It's always good to propose something for people to support you. Could we have a sub-community in Ghana that focusses on one promotion Steem? That would also be under @promo-steem and @ocd, by the way this is only suggestion and what I'm thinking of. Because, Steem is built with humans, and if we don't have the supporting members all that we plan will be in vain.

This idea came to my mind when I look at the various on-boarding members from other social media into Steem. When they come to Steem, it takes time for them to be familiarized and recognized by a lot of people, more especially with those Steem influencers with huge power. Few of these Steemians works are upvoted or resteemed. Meanwhile, some of these New Steem users work very hard. These new Steemians lose hope they are not being encouraged to continue creating and now with the current state of Steem prices. As a matter of urgency, many New Steemians have relaxed or quit Steem because of this challenges availed which couldn't addressed by any closest friend. Imagine the person followed one of us through the recent promotion of Steem on one of social media like Twitter, he got signed up to Steem and started posting his content. Little will he know about the right Community will post his content in relation to his post be upvoted, and again, hardly would we even often give our upvotes. Though posts that receive much recognitions are posts that are of higher quality content well garnished, but in most cases, some Steem influencers vote by merrit of the one he is acquinted with. Most Steemians don't use the requisite rules for voting in Steem. In this case, I see @promo-steem, @ocd and other promoting of Steem Communities being vibrant and large Communities doing well in promoting Steem. To get Steem promoted at every angle and every nation, I think it would be better to promote Steem from sub-stations of every nation, like #Promo-TeamGhana or @OCD-TeamGhana. But, that will also implies that they will have a manager that will resteem all those promotional content into @promo-steem and @ocd, since these communities is for the whole World. I think this would be easier to get in touch with promotional content from small nation like Ghana. And again, a manager being part of that nation can easily identify Steemians who are performing. They can have their discord or telegram chat where they can share their opinions and later submit to their mother Communities like @ocd or @promo-steem. For my opinion, promoting Steem at the cluster base will help to organise Steemians very well and handling every Steemian at any point in time. This will also aid to identify the talented and creative Steemians. It will also invite many people into Steem. Since, many people feel reluctant to join, or even with those who have signed up, to continue sharing his content since they think that Steem Communities are very large to pay attention to their posts.

Talking from experience, I on-boarded co-workers into Steem Blockchain from Ghana: @ebotaylor, @entsie, @sumang and @stephendunamis, they have now relaxed since they feel that their contents were given less attention. I also know most of my pioneer Ghanaian Steemians who were doing well in Steem Blockchain, they have now stopped pushing. They were very active and committed to Steem. I know of @bigssam, @anaman, @johnsonkoranteng, @odsam2 and @collinz who were all doing well, but some have stopped posting into Steem for a year ago, some for 5 months and some too 3 months ago. This is not because of Steem prices being low, it's because they are less attended to, or their posts are underrated. Because a situation where a Steemian having been posting for the past 3 months continuously without defaulting and all his posts have been receiving 1Steem all the time, he would by all means be discouraged, whiles others with the same reputaion and steem power have been getting 5 or 10 Steem. We can't say that for the past 3 months none of his post was having good content or was rated high which even attract 5 Steem. Though Steem price is still but one of things that motivate us and we keep rocking hard to see this light in Steem despite everything is large upvotes. It motivates us a lot to keep creating content and we can't deny that fact. Because large upvotes keep us built with Steem power which is our lif wire in Steem. For those Steem who keep creating content, whether huge or less upvotes are those Steemians who have Steem in their hearts and consider Steem as their valuable asset than any other of their business, they have the mindset that no matter the circumstance, they will still give their best to steem. Aside these Steemians, there are other category of Steemians who just want to see Steem making people rich over night, so when they sign up within one months of creating post and they don't see any huge steem in their wallet they begin to lose hope. Such category of Steemians need coaching at the cluster base Steem promo, the need for long term investment in Steem but not short term.

I therefore call my fellow Ghanaians who have back slided in Steem, who are now dormant and not showing their best for Steem. This is new year an new era, maybe in the previous year we saw Steem not giving much to you as expected, but I challenged you that this Steem 2020 is a year of review of 2017 when we had Steem price rating high compared to the Dollar rate. A time has come to build Steem pavilion here in Ghana. I know there are many nations who are shaking themselves in Steem blockchain here; in the light of * Steem UK, Steem Venezuela, Steem India, Steem China, Steem US* and many other nations who are promoting Steem. I don't want to see Steem broken down here in Ghana, because I know @mcsamm and few steemians who started way back 2017 who enjoyed the best of their time with Steem. Let's assemble all the broken parts together and restructure everything. I think @acidyo, @theycallmedan, @starkerz, @andrarchy, @ned, @elipowel, @openseed, all Steemit, Inc. Team and all the promotions Communities would be in support of this idea. Let's understand that the value of steem can been seen if we promote it actively, in this case let's show our best by proting our contents using @ocd and @promo-steem communities in conjointion with @posh( Proof of sharing through Twitter). Let's keep the faith in the Black Star in the centre of our Ghanaian flag that demonstrate unity, we should also transform that unity in Steem so that we can build this Steem pavilion together. Be belessed everybody! Feel free to share what you think of building this pavilions of Steem in Ghana and everywhere in the World.
