As we all know Ned Scott the founding member of the Steemit platform back in 2016 has sold his shares to @justinsunsteemit just a couple of days ago and moved on from there. Now this is a chance for us community members to take advantage of this situation where one of the most famous people in the crypto currency space has acquired this amazing platform. There is one problem in this whole fiasco last night i was watching the live stream by Justin Sun and in that 1 hour of conversation with Ned it felt like Justin just wants the Steem token to increase in value and he doesn't really care about what actually goes around in the Steemit space. Yeah making the Steem token more valuable is a big plus for us in many ways and that is a great start but the core identity of Steemit as a social blogging platform must not be forgotten. There wasn't any talk about the reward system within Steemit or curation and voting power for good quality content or the use of voting bots to promote posts rather than the organic way. These are little issues that the Steemit community is eager to listen into.
The Tron community now must also act and first take a couple of days in understanding what goes around here how communities are working and helping each other grow. The power of communities is essential for this platform to flourish in the future. They must make their accounts and have hands on experience with people here on Steemit. I'm sure they will get a warm greeting and will definitely love it here. It has been 2 years for me since joining in this amazing plaform and I haven't left it not because of the rewards but because of the positivity around there are little to none toxic people around wanting anything to do with negative comments or posts. People genuinely want to help others out here, and Justin should realize that people here are a tight bunch that do things together and that he must keep it that way without changing any of the core values of Steemit.
Yeah we need a new marketing strategy for more people to come into Steemit and for it to gain that value way back in 2017 that the token once had, and for that I guess Justin Sun is the perfect guy. I hope this brings a new Era of Steemit to the crypto currency world and open new horizon for this platform to grow and flourish. Let's see what the future holds for us and to the Tron community welcome to Steemit let's work together to take it to new heights.
Nice positive post @shaheerbari. Have you read any of my posts about the upcoming @matrix-8 multi level governance system? When implemented on Steem this will be a huge boost for Steem and positive world change. I encourage you to check out my What If? post https://beta.steempeak.com/palnet/@atma.love/what-if (and the white paper linked to therein) and RESTEEM both far and wide. Namaste

I hope this change will bring good to the platform too. People who come in here thinking that it's a get-rich-quick scheme quickly learn how wrong they are. I hope Justin isn't one of those... but will breathe new life into the platform so that we can all grow together.
Thanks for your positive article. I've also been here just over two years and it's time I've very much enjoyed.

Very true the integrity that was kept until now should be put forth on the platform.
