Many of us love cooking these days thanks to the lockdown. We Indians have a lot of mysterious ingredients that we add to our food which makes our culture unique. One such ingredient is Pandi Mirchi (Red Chilli). It grows across southern India. It's small with shiny skin and pale red and is a bit more spicy than other red chillies. And it lacks colour.
