I wish Steemit had existed back in 2013 when I tried writing articles for Yahoo! Voices, only to make less than the minimum payout before the platform closed.

I wish I had kept up with my Internet communities from the past! I had writer friends from the Christian speculative fiction and interactive fiction, hypertext fiction, and indie game development communities that I regret having lost touch with. I'm still not sure that I won't return to those communities, though, and I think Steemit looks like a good platform to share thoughts and writing.
