My2020: Let's accept each other, and appreciate in the media that we love steemit

In this life, divisions and conflicts, large and small, often occur. That is caused by the failure of managing differences. whereas diversity is the nature of the universe. But jealousy, and hate often make people forget their nature.

In this life, difference is grace. That is the message that we often hear in religious lectures, but even religious leaders sometimes get into conflict because they defend the truth they believe in, but fail to respect the beliefs of other religious leaders. In the past, Ana and Ani conflicted only because of differences in beauty, but now they can respect each other because they understand.

Maturity in establishing social relations is very important to maintain peace. So the question is, why must peace be maintained?
Because in an atmosphere of peace will create an atmosphere conducive to mutual good, and open space to be more productive, and more creative in developing the potential of a human being, and the potential of a society, thus the quality of a person and the quality of a society will be better.

Difference is a necessity. If we have a thought or opinion that we think is right, there will definitely be opinions and other thoughts that are different from us (pros and cons) that are common in society. But, in order to avoid conflicts, different parties must respect one another and cannot impose their truth on others.

In the nation, we also often witness conflicts caused by coercion of the will. Especially in a political contest, politicians often do not think long to win. They are willing to make a difference in a society as a commodity to create conflict, so that society is divided, and they can take political advantage, they do not care if the division they create will have long tails, and it takes a long time to create an atmosphere of peace again. And in the political sphere of our 3rd President "Gus Dur" once said: What is more important than politics is humanity. "This phrase can of course be applied in other areas of social life, because indeed the loss in every conflict is humanity.

From the discussion above, I also want to give important points to steemian friends who have wandered in the world of Steemit, because it is very likely that conflict will occur here too. because, steemians who on average join a Steemit community whose members have different professional backgrounds, ages, religions, political views, and tribes. Not to mention if you already talk about levels, votes and SBD, there will surely be mixed opinions. Let alone in the community, it could be that fellow curators and ambassadors who are top leaders have also been involved in conflict. For this reason Steemit requires maturity, and always thinks positively. And it's mandatory for us steemians to understand, what makes Steemit so great? Steemit is great precisely because of diversity. Diverse content that increases every second on Steemit is a source of strength steemit can survive and develop until now. So when we decide to be steemian, then we should be ready with all kinds of differences, and true steemian is always able to make a difference as a source of inspiration to create more creative contents.
