If you're looking for tags that are associated with a particular SCOT token, you might be interested in this command:
$scottags
As you can see, it lists each Steem Engine token that is "SCOT enabled," followed by each tag that is associated with that token. I'll probably revisit this command later so that it will allow a search pattern because the list is getting pretty massive.
