Also I'd love to see it still have a drop down perhaps? (I'm still missing quick access to topics... but maybe the dropdown could eventually be programmable?... not sure if that's a technical stretch)

'Explore' is a great starting page when browsing. From there I can go anywhere ;) It could also work well as a landing page for newbies.
Everything else I can navigate through the drop down on the upper right. I'd put everything there, and if it's customizable, even better!
