Hello Family,

I hope we all had a lovely weekend.
Mine was great, I did general cleaning on Saturday to include, washing, mopping , cleaning and partly cooking. I decided to rest from the routine of reading every day. I went for fellowship at a friend’s place. The topic was on how one can know that it’s God speaking to them.

People gave their different experiences,varying from

1. When you feel peace concerning a particular matter.
2. When what is said is in line with the inward witness.

So, the man of God who was sharing with us the word gave us the story of Gideon from the book of Judges 6:35-38 were An Angel appeared to Gideon and told him that it was through him that the Israelites would be delivered from their enemies. He told God, for me to confirm that it was you speaking, he got a fleece and said if by morning, this fleece is wet and the whole floor is dry, then I will know it is you speaking. So it was, by morning, the fleece was wet and the floor was dry.

He did not stop at that, he went ahead to tell God the reverse that if by morning this fleece is dry and the whole floor is wet, then I will know that it is you speaking. And it was so.
The Man Of God was trying to say that instead of making a blunder in regard to whether it was God or the devil speaking to you, ask for a confirmation from him and he will grant it to you.

After the meeting, we were dropped at our different destinations, unfortunately when we reached Namugongo, the car gear broke down .It could not engage any more and it was moving freely. Late as it was , we had to make a few calls to colleagues who could come to our rescue at that time.

We pushed the car to the parking lot, it was not an easy thing. I never thought such could ever happen to me.

After several attempts, one finally came through and dropped each one of us at our destinations.
