[Repost] Travel Review: Contest

Great appreciation to @toufiq777 for this contest and i invite my friends @shadia931, @pixiepop and @moureenbronia to take part.

Last week, i went to Luzira for an adventure. I went with my mother and a friend. We went to celebrate her past birthday since we had to celebrate it but she was at work so we postponed it. She likes fish soo much so i had to choose a place where i can get her fish at a fair price. We went to a lake shore and landing site in luzira. It was surely my first time traveling to this place but i really had alot of fun. My best part was the boat ride. It only costs about 1.13 dollars which is 4000 shillings in my country's currency. The place has very cheap fish. You can only find fish, fries 🍟, and matooke as the meals around this place. Since its around a water body, fish is the most known and most eaten soup in Luzira. Getting big fish is 8000 shillings(2.26 dollars). This is really a very fair price because other places sell their fish expensively.

This place is very busy with many businesses so there is no nice hotel around. Most people who travel there want to go for boat rides and then eat some cheap fish and head back home. So there are no hotels around. Water bodies usually have a very cold weather at all times and especially in the night. It is advisable to get a nice lodge or hotel to rest in when one is near a water body but there is none at Luzira. Anyone who wants to go thdrd just has to travel to town, board a taxi charging 4000 shillings (1.13 dollars) and the route is surely straight. The taxi drops you at the entrance of the place itself so there is no getting lost or boarding any other thing.

I loved the view of the ship and submarines that were on the water. It was surely an adventure to remember. I took pictures of each and in my mind i was only thinking about my atticle that i am to make telling all steemit users about how fun Portbel Luzira is. Travelling on water is soo scary especially for people who have fear of being near water. I sat in the boat but i was soo afraid. O was not really myself because i was just thinking about the boat letting in water or anything bad happening though my mother was there to comfort me and help me enjoy the ride. I surely had fun though i was in fear. It is really fun travelling on water.
