Hello friends, hope life is good on your side. I walk up early in the morning, performed my morning prayer and jumped to my phone to check on the updates.
HOW MY DAY WENT.
First thing I thought of doing was to finish the client's order. It supposed to be a surprise to his girlfriend. He got to know that she likes crochet too much so he reached out to me because I knew exactly what she wanted and color plus the measurements. I knew all these because she always told me but was waiting for the deposit at least.
So, when the boyfriend reached out to me, we agreed on the price and he gave me a deposit. I looked for the yarns only found out that their price has increased.
I want to pass you through how I made the full outfit.
Things I needed to use;
_ yarns
_ hook
_ tape measure
_ scissors
I measured from the waist which was 26cm, hips which was 35.5cm and length which was also 35.5cm.
I moved from waist to downwards as you are seeing below.
By the way, it's called a beach cover up or mesh. It has holes in it. I double crocheted by skipping some space. It's also enlarging towards the hips, here I increased in both sides by double crocheting twice in one hole. That's why it enlarging on either sides. I increased around four times after making sure that the hip size is satisfying. Then, I stopped increasing and focused on the length.
Here is how it looks.
It only took me two days to finish that mesh, day and night. This is so, because when given an order, I make sure I finish it in time. The good thing I have in me is speed.
Now the bra to match with the outfit. Here, I first made caps( place for breasts).
I made around five raws plus a design which looks like flower around the two caps.
After making the full bra, I started cleaning them up by using scissor. Then it was ready to be taken. I finished the whole outfit and around 05:35pm I called the owner as I promised.
Now am going to YouTube to look for some design which was liked by one of my clients. I want to check on how it's made so I can be sure to make it.
Thanks for reading, nice weekend.
