Hello friends, hope everyone is doing well. Am also doing well here.
My Sunday was fantastic, woke up early as usual, made my prayers as am used to. It's today we celebrated my cousin's success in studies. She is one of the graduands of kyambogo university and her name was read on Thursday 23. So, today her mother prepared a small celebration.
After that, I had to prepare and finish my project. It is a client's order who sent a knitted sweater and asked whether I can make it. I looked at it closely and I was about to say no but I thought about trying it out.
The original looks like this
I went to YouTube there and then looking for the cables in the sweater. I had to learn them correctly because they were the most difficult I saw. After learning them and I got to be sure of the cables. So, next I had look for ways of making it.
I thought of making different parts call it panels.
There's a front part, which includes cable stitches, back panel, the arms and the ribbing at the end. Down is my plan I made.
Materials I needed in this project
_ Yarns
Used like about 12 yarns brown in colour.
_ A five mm hook
_ A tape measure
As you saw how I separated it into different parts in my work plan.
That is the front part with cable stitches.
That is the back part as you can see.
Those are the arms.
Had to join all the parts together as I wanted them to be. And next was the ribbing.
Finally I came up with the fashion the client wanted and I think it is going to be the best gift for her friend because it's a birthday gift.
I delivered it today using aboda Boda guy taking it up to Mutungo. Down is how it looks like
Thanks for reading through.
Nice time.
