The diary game /better life with steem:11/01/2022 learnt how to make pancakes

Hello friends in team Uganda, hope everyone is doing well. On my side things are not easy but I believe they will get better soon. It has been a while since I last been here but I made sure that today I share with you my day.

Woke up around 12 am, performed my morning prayers and then joined a neighbor and also a friend whom I told to teach me how to make pancakes. She was already awake and was preparing things to use.
The following are the ingredients and things needed in making pancakes ;
_ flour
_ cooking oil
_ soda bicarbonate
_ ripped banana
Among others as we are going to see;
Let's get started 😊

Firstly, we first sort bananas, removing from layers and remain with the inside part. Did this while putting them in backet.

Then we mix well, of course using hands, after we add a reasonable amount of soda bicarbonate. Its importance is to add a good taste and smoothen the pancakes.

Then we add flour and some little water and mix well until it gets ready.

After it's ready, I had already put cooking oil to give it enough time to hit. On the rolling step, we used a bottle which worked well,and the mixture was well spread on the large round plate.

Used a small cup with a round shape to get the pancakes shape we wanted.

Then ready to be placed in the sauce pan because even cooking oil was ready. They slowly turn into brown.

Finally, pancakes came out great and aworesom. They were ready to be sold, she usually take them to a friend and help her sell them out.

I got myself something in the morning, then I resorted to my house work. Then went to YouTube to learn one of my favorite crochet short design I want to make.
