Dear dairy, today marks the beginning of a new month. It felt like the year began just yesterday and yet we are already mid way the journey... Another six months and the year will be ending.
Am so grateful to be alive especially in such times of great uncertainity. These days death has become so common that people are dying in all corners. If an accident doesn't kill you then a disease will not to forget covid.
Waking up today I felt excited because of the new month that symbolizes new beginnings, new mistakes, new lessons, new day but new losses too.
You must have heard or read about the shooting of minister Katumba Wamala that happened today morning at around 9am... So tragic that he had to lose his daughter in the incident which makes you wonder .. what kind of people do we really live with? Because come to think of it ...the people responsible for the shooting are people living in our community, they are probably people that we pass by and say hi to.

It goes without saying, you can never really know people. Because these people chose to wake up this morning and take a human life like it meant nothing. It was most probably done for a certain price but then again, since when does human life have a price tag?? I often ask myself, who do people think they are taking what they played no part in creating? Its so unfortunate and sad that people have no hearts. They walk among us but they are not living...just walking with no soul.
May God have mercy on us all and may He keep you and your family safe especially during these times where acting human is the hardest thing for people to do.
