WAKING UP EARLY!!!

There is a saying early to bed, early to rise makes man healthy, wealthy and wise. Well, most people can agree that waking up early can help you do more however, it requires discipline and sometimes you just want to sleep in and forget all you have to do. Funny thing though is that even after you sleep in, you still have lots of sleep.

There are times where I have set my alarm and snoozed it and just turned back to bed however on days when you have a lot to do, in most cases you jump out of bed before you are tempted. Waking up early can help you be more organized as you get extra time to put everything inorder, the time can be used to catch up on anything like exercises, reading a book, meditating and all those amazing things.

If one has a busy schedule, it can be the time to catch up on chores or have personal time. Morning time is a calm time because all is quiet and your brain is able to think more clearer. Therefore if you have the opportunity to wake up early, try it and see how it works out for you. If it does not, that is alright because some people are more productive at other times of day like night time.

My problem is, I don't feel sleepy at night, and I don't feel like waking up in the morning. I have been trying for years to wake up early. 😊

Then maybe night time is your most productive😊
