The diarygame | betterlife : 2nd/11/2021 - Looking for a new house to rent

Today's highlight has been looking for a new house 🏠 to rent. We got a misunderstanding with our land lady. Right now she wants us to leave her houses and find other places to rent. The tenant is the boss. She claims that we insulted her as she was trying resolve our issues.

Anyway I have some super crazy neighbours. They have usually held wild house parties especially during the lockdown. Many complaints have always come up from the neighbourhood concerning the noise that come from our houses during the parties held at our houses. The complaints also reached the land lady and she summoned my crazy neighbours 😁 for such a case.

We had a meeting and the situation was resolved. There was an agreement that the parties should always stop at 8pm and they should not go beyond that time.

The power shortage problem that lasted for almost a month made us to raise our concerns to the land lady but she took them personal. I was also pissed off when i was told to pay some money to the UMEME guys as they were fixing Yaka meters. To cut the whole story short. This lady ended up reacting negatively towards us because of our complaints. Two days ago i was surprised when we were told to leave her houses. 😮

We have been given 2 free months to look for other houses to rent. Honestly speaking, our land lady is not an easy personal, she is just so bossy. She talks in a commanding way. Just simple small issues drives her mad. She just concluded that we insulted her. 😩

We are now urgently looking for new houses to to rent in Najeera. We found some nice classy houses around that are even way better than the houses we have been staying at. Hehe..."the one who chases you shows you the way." We are now having much better options than what she has been offering us for all this long.

We came across this nicely designed double bedroomed house. I liked its modernized lighting. This house goes for 600,000ugx which is about $174. Its more of a family house. My neighbours are a family so this would work for them perfectly.

Its now quite a tricky moment. We are going to be leaving her houses towards the end of this month and shift to some other better places that have better land lords that respect and care for their tenants.
