Dear Steemit Community

When we talk about survival, it is good to point out some facts that can help us in the process itself or make us more cautious. These facts are not new, but gathered in one place they show very clearly how many difficulties a person can encounter in a situation of survival and it is caused only by his body.

Please find the list of some of the facts.

Fact 1 - You can survive about 30 days without food, but only 3 days without water. Finding water is your priority!

Fact 2 - Your body burns twice as many calories when you freeze or when you are too hot. Avoid such conditions and try to always have a good temperature around you as much as possible.

Fact 3 - Insects and bugs contain more protein than beef, fish or chicken. They are great food for survival.

Fact 4 - Salt water has a higher boiling point than fresh water, so it takes longer to boil. Absolutely avoid acceptance in a situation of survival. You can only use it to boil something in it, but again, do not take it.

Fact 5 - The higher the boiling point of water, the higher you climb. This means that at higher temperatures, boiling water will take less time and less energy.

Using these facts, you can judge what will work for you in survival and what you should avoid, because it can only harm you.

Follow these facts and you will be able to endure more than usual!
