I cannot say for people in underdeveloped and developing nations but if you are in the developed nation and you haven’t had a taste of McDonald’s burger and fries, then you would have been living in a cave or under the rock all through your life. Even the United State president Donald Trump eats McDonald’s special product meals.

McDonald’s in a simple explanation

McDonald’s is one of the most populous company in the world with 37,000 outlets in over 115 countries worldwide.

The company has sold over 4 trillion French fries since its inception in 1948, as this fries comes along with their burger and customers can’t imagine eating the burger without some fries. In 1948 when the McDonalds brothers started the company, the brothers operated the business as a barbeque joint in California, with the idea of a car hub where people order their food as they park their cars. They were selling Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, potato chips and pie and the McDonalds Hamburger cost $0.15 as at then but today it is sold at 60 times the early days. Ray Kroc, a multimixer machine salesperson bought the McDonalds from the McDonalds Brothers. He created the McDonald’s Name as he registered the business after being the company’s first franchising agent in 1955 after which he bought the exclusive right to the company’s name, logo and building design.

The company used to own Boston Market, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Pret A Manger, as they wanted to invest their money into other businesses but as time went, they sold off their ownership on the basis of quality. McDonalds is worth over $159.64 billion as at 2019, which is made from both being a company of burgers, fries and other special foods and a company of franchises. With so many franchises, you can imagine that the company would be investing in beef. Well, the company buys 1 billion pound of beef yearly as the company has to serve 68 million people yearly and sells 75 burgers every seconds.

McDonalds as a real estate company is also another way the company generates income. The McDonalds real estate is estimated above $30 billion. The company rent franchises to their franchisee and at the same time buy and sell off buildings which makes them a large profit. The company has really grown to become a king in the fast food industry while topping the real estate industry. Business has been good for this company.

I love it, they're my favorite chips, it's a pretty interesting story not everyone knows it, most of those franchises didn't come out of nowhere like that, they have a story behind them. It takes a lot of hard work to get to that level, but these kinds of stories make us see that nothing is impossible!

Stories like this motivates us and helps us realize how well we can achieve regardless of our current situation.

Wow! There is really more to Mac Donald's burger and fries which I actually don't really know about! It seems the business is really making more money for the owner and he is also very smart for him to have different investments apart from his burgers and fries.

Engaging in real estate investment will also yield more income for him and I'm just wondering if the money earned from other investment sources goes into the company's account

Thanks for sharing this great post with love from @hardaeborla and I hope you have a great day ahead 💕❤️💕❤️💕

This movie tells the whole story of the franchise in detail:

You can also find several documentaries about Ray Kroc, the Founder of the McDonald's brand.

Thanks for sharing this with me.

You´re welcome.

Hello friend, thanks for sharing this great story.
A giant that is what McDonalds is, and it is as you say it is difficult to imagine someone who does not know about this company and its hamburgers.

Thank you @funcho80, it is difficult not to know about this popular company.

Sometimes you ask if people love burger this much to keep companies like McDonald's, Burger King and the rest in market.

Thanks for sharing.

These companies really learn to invest their money in other good places that will yield better returns while the burger remains an headline.

McDonalds is an enterprise to emulate, they have been doing well for years setting good records.

We should really emulate a good business innovative if things will go nicely.
