liked the simplicity with which you have explained

Overbought would show a mountain like shape which indicates that the price of the cryptocurrency asset is rising. This is as a result of fear of missing out in the market. Oversold would show the valley like shape which indicates that the price of the cryptocurrency asset is dumping. This is as a result of fear uncertainty and doubts in the market.

Generally traders use RSI in combination of another indicator. If you trade what is your favorite indicator to pair with RSI for confirmation?

    Yea... it is always good to combine the RSI indicator with another indicator like the moving average for better signal and confirmation
