When we refer to the species of the animal kingdom, we have not agreed on the common name because it strongly depends on the language rooted in the culture of each country.
I mention this because I have found a flying insect perching on the walls of the water pond and searching for information on its taxonomy I found that it is an arthropod of the Order Diptera, popularly known as the giant mosquito or crane fly, when in actually they are neither a mosquito but a member of the Tipulidae Family.
