Fixed Income Investments are Getting Attractive

I will start this post by saying that I am currently not in a position to Invest into Debt Funds which yields a fixed Interest every single year as I strongly believe that my Current Goal should be to accumulate wealth rather than Preserve Wealth. So I will be investing whatever spare Money I have into Stocks and Crypto at a 70:30 ratio.

But for those guys who want to Preserve their Wealth, Fixed Income Investments are getting very very attractive. Even though I don't like Investing in Debt Instruments I do check the Interest rates every now and then, and I recently saw some Debt Instruments giving out an Yield of over 10% which is pretty awesome as it barely beats Inflation and you get a slight Pump in your Principal Amount as well.

This rise in Interest Rates are directly impacted due to the RBI hiking their Repo Rates and that caused the whole Debt Market to restructurise it's Interest Rates. So basically if you are someone who wants to Preserve their Wealth without losing it than the Current Debt Investment Bonds are a pretty attractive option for you guys.

As for me I will start Investing into Debt Instruments once i cross the age of 35 and that too at a Miniscule Level, but I will indeed increase my Holdings into Debt Instruments every single Year after 35.

Greetings @arunava

I sometimes perceive fixed income investment very similar to staking activities in the crypto space.. Thanks for sharing this great post with love from @hardaeborla and I hope you have a great day ahead

Hello friend, as you say, for those who want to preserve their wealth these fixed income investments are a great option, the current interest rates have made them attractive, and for those who already have a large capital, it is better to play it safe, however for those who are building their wealth volatility is the best option.

Hi dear friend @arunava

I like your plan and your way of investing 70 and 30 sounds very logical, of course fixed income is not bad but for me the world of cryptocurrencies is also more attractive

god bless you

When it comes to traditional Investing I started upside down by which I mean I started with Crypto and now I am diversifying into Stocks and Bonds. Even after 2 years, my Crypto to Stock ratio is around 70:30 which means I have 70% in Crypto and 30% in stocks and I have to reverse that to 30% Crypto and 70% Stocks to make my Portfoli Balanced on all aspects.

Hello @arunava
Fixed income for many investors who prefer what is safer without a doubt is a possibility that generates more peace of mind for them. But as you say, even if it is at 10%, it is practically slightly above inflation, which would leave you with almost no gains, which doesn't seem very logical to me.

Yes, there are low to no gains at all, but IMO Debt Instruments should be considered Preserving Wealth rather than Gaining Wealth. When you are OLD, you don't want to take a lot of risks and want Capital Preservation than Capital Appreciation.

Hello friend, many people like security, they do not seem to put their money at risk, in particular I am one of those who think that we should have many investments, since generating several sources of income should be the goal. Greetings.

Totally Agree with your Startegy.

I find your strategy of :Stocks and Crypto at a 70:30 ratio an interesting one.
How are you provisioning the 30% tax and 1% additional tax to maintain this strategy?
Are you at any point switching to fiat or maintaining your position purely in crypto using stable coins?
