Setting a goal is not very difficult, but achieving the goal is not always so easy, it takes a lot of hard work and strength to get a goal achieved. So, when you get to achieve a certain task or a particular milestone, you really need to relax and take your time to celebrate as it is within your ability.
It is very easy for us to get so overwhelmed with our big goals and plans that the little milestones we overcome tend to mean nothing to us. However, I believe strongly that getting to celebrate our achievements as little as they may seem will push us even further to strive for more.

Celebrating an achievement would boost confidence and increase a person's motivation. In an organizational setting, the celebration will produce a positive impact on the reputation of the company, and attract top-tier clients as well.
The problem is, whenever we think about achievement, our minds go toward something extraordinary, like we close a very big deal, or deliver on a major project milestone. But some behaviors also deserve that we actually celebrate like helping the company to get out of the crisis, joining a support group, or even helping someone achieve their own dreams.
Celebration could come in different forms, it could be a low-key conversation, a private one, and even one that is lavish with no expense spent. I believe that, if it is a little celebration then it doesn't have to be an expensive celebration, it could just involve a few family members a few members of staff, who have seen how much sacrifice you have had to make for that achievement.
You can also celebrate your success by simply dancing alone in your room or with your partner. That's what is called a victory dance, put in your favorite song and dance out your heart, feeling good about what you have been able to achieve.
Give your success the chance to fuel your passion, in the same way our failures provide us with opportunities to learn. No matter how small the achievements are, we must learn how to track our progress, this will enable us to understand how far we have come, and it will provide a spot for continued success.
Celebrating success also has to do with learning to say thank you to those who matter or those who may have contributed significantly to your success.
