While technology expands and becomes very valuable for the production of goods and the strengthening of the world economy, we must also emphasize that the current world economic market has a need to generate a vision in the most important companies within this economic market so that they take into account their employees within the most important parameters and that together with technology they are fundamental pieces within that productive chain.
With this vision of giving prominence to employees, companies would be improving their productive capacity and thus be able to compete in a globalized and competitive economic market.
It is also necessary to generate an expansion of this information so that it is understood that technological processes, information systems together and digitalization processes are not the only resources that work as facilitators in the productive and economic processes of any company. It is also important to know that apart from the fact that there are other resources such as human resources, technology has become an unavoidable resource for the survival of today's society that is increasingly attached to technological progress and production processes linked to industrialization.
Perhaps many companies are concerned about their ability to grow and develop, so in this effort to address this great task of growth and development must meet the needs of all those involved in this facet of growth, among which I can mention:
Shareholders: Many times our own resources are not enough to enlarge our own company, so a growth and development depends largely on the existence of shareholders who can invest in the company.
Suppliers: If our company depends on some good that is not provided by another entity, then we must satisfy the needs of the suppliers since our capacity of growth and development depends on them, for example the payments to the suppliers must be punctual to generate the sufficient confidence to continue with the productive chain.
Customers: this is the most important human chain for our company to grow, if we do not manage to satisfy the needs of our customers then we will not be selling our products, which translates into little or no profit in the sales of our products, this makes us conclude that the human factor has to be well enough served, especially our customers who are the final gain in the business.
The development and growth of a company has its times well defined, for example the first times of a company most likely to be savings and low costs, however for the medium and long term and the company may have the monetary capacity to invest in technology and digitalization as their demands and capabilities.
In greater instances, linking human and technological resources can mean the perfect cocktail to develop the company to its fullest potential. Without technological tools, it would be very difficult to have the ideal human resources for our expansion and growth demands.
As a final conclusion, I can mention that my thoughts on this subject are that it is necessary to find a balance between human resources and technology, since one tool is fundamental to exploit the other.
