My crazy thoughts about downvotes !

Sometimes if you don't look at problems with a sense of humor, you may just lose your mind. I live in Russia where the humor is a kind of tradition, maybe because that's the only way for most people here to accept the hard life they have and the facts they know about their government. Talking about the blockchain we create in, it's also a kind of government because we have powerful people who may decide things for others. That's the proof of stake baby. Accept it or stay away. And that's really ok. 😎

Let me continue my humor about the situation how crazy downvotes can be. The best example I can give you is the story of the great @ berniesanders. He was very honest in sharing his opinion. He could say the truth about anyone and we wasn't afraid of anyone. He even set a challenge tohimself to have the lowest reputation ever, what noone could have in that time. Then people get to know him. Every single one heard about him. Then he did the oppsite and grew his reputation and start to hit always the trending page and anyone attacked him was punished hardly. So, he was one of the most powerful on the blockchain and still. I think he has an other account now and he's working behind the scenes and supports hive as well.

So, you have to learn from that story a lot. First of all that if you know very well how the sytem works, you may be a very powerful in it. The second is that you don't have to be afraid of downvotes, but you have to draw conclusions. You can't imagine how hard I was hit by downvotes. It started when I was active in dtube getting big upvotes, in that time I was building a community and I was attacked by trolls and a lot tried to discredit my hard work. Then I joined an other platform and was getting also even bigger upvotes and I was hitting the trending page and was downvoted as well because the team were supporting creators a lot, but other whales didn't like to see regular creators on the trending page. I was even set by an autodownvote by one who was downvoding every single post what led every single post to earn 0 for many days. But knowing the right people and finding my mistake and asking from him forgiveness stopped me from getting those upvotes. I was punished for reporting bags and errors on the platform. I think I had the right to do so because my time and even money were involved. So, I had to play the game to not be destroyed like that. Then with all the situation with the takeover and for not accepting things I was attacked by both sides because I wasn't an hypocrite and I just shared my ideas about how we can let it go and keep building instead of fighting. And the last attack you all know, I did a mistake by sharing beneficiaries to a community that was upvoting for that. I thought that I'm supporting a community as many does but that was considered a fraud.

So, as you see I learned a lesson. In fact I'm tired to keep fighting for my ideas. I'm just accepting the game and I keep creating. I don't really have time to prove I'm right or wrong. I barely have time to create. The life is Russia is very hard, especially in this pandemic time. I have a little child and an old sick mother to help. I have my dreams and work to do. I have a wife I should care about. I have a future to think about. I dedicate some time every single day to create content and to be well standing in the community. I help those who ask me for help. I also consume content to learn more and to share with people here. I also protect myself from what's going on with the restrictions and the new order governments trying to build. As you see I don't have much time to jump in an other conflict. Enough the conflicts I have inside !

As you see we have a token after a token created on hive. The whales on tribes are not the same. As said @taskmaster4450 in a comment recently : ''A downvote that affects hive will not likely affect other tribes''. That what should calm down people here and in case they didn't accept the rules in hive, they may move to the tribe of the community where they may accept them and do well there. I don't think that everyone could make it in one place. Everyone has to find his right place but not fight for a place where he's not welcome anymore. Maybe that's too strict, but a part of that could be very true. I still think about what I write as a temporarily idea that I had in a certain period in my life till someone can prove me I'm wrong. That may help me to be flexible to avoid conflicts with others and myrslef. That could be useful for everyone reading this because you may have the same situation.

In the end I just wish myself and everyone to have the inner peace. That could be the most important thing in our modern life, full of information and manipulations and illusions.

We shouldn't let anyone or anything destroy that peace inside us !

Do what you want unless you're not limiting the freedom of others. We all want the best for ourselves and who we like !
