I believe that I'm not speaking for just myself, but for almost all business people around the world. Anxiety is a major issue that businessmen face, some on a regular basis, while others on a less regular basis. But you'll agree with me that there's a big limitation for a businessman who doesn't or who hasn't learned how to deal with anxiety.
Fear is one great emotion that makes people do things that are not rational. Many people mistake fear for anxiety. Although, in many ways they are similar, but they are different also. When you feel fear, it's usually focused on something - it's your emotional response to a particular danger you're seeing.
For example, when traders are trading the market, they may feel fear, because they don't want to lose their money. But anxiety on the other hand is quite different - anxiety is actually fear, but it's not focused on something or a danger you see. Anxiety is that overwhelming feeling of self doubt, confused fear, that may be a result of many different triggers.

If a person feels fear, if you take away that danger that they fear, they'll feel better. But if a person feels anxiety, even when you take away the trigger for fear that they see, that anxiety may not still go away. They feel stressed and pressured and mostly can't pinpoint the root cause of their anxiety. This could be very troubling for a business person.
Thus, you have to be able to deal with anxiety. And from many different successful people, there's one thing that really helps to deal with anxiety, and that's - breathing. Whenever you're feeling anxiety, and you feel that confused fear - just focus on your breathing. Inhale deeply, hold for a short while, then exhale, and repeat a number of times. Focus on your breathing, and that anxiety tends to go away, and you can perform better.

I agree with your points along with them I am mentioning four main points which help me to prevent stress/anxiety
The first one is to Take a time-out second thing is to Eat well-balanced meals third point is to get enough sleep and the fourth one is to exercise daily
