I am practicing wim hof technique of breathing and cold shower for a little bit over 4 months, and i find very usefull!
Definitely with less axiety and more energy.

one of the challenges for me was to apply the cold water baths, but when I started with that my emotional state improved a lot. thanks for reading and commenting.
