STEEM can't reach 1820 sat

Dear @ocupation

I'm trying to sell steem whole morning and as it turns out it can't even reach 1820 satoshis, what a dumb coin. I guess there is no demand for it what so ever

It's obvious that you're very frustrated. I'm kind of wondering - don't you think that the reason why there is more selling pressure comparing to demand is coming from the fact, that many users who migrated to HIVE are dumping their STEEM?

You're very wise guy. I'm sure you understand rules of demand and supply. The truth is, that if large stakeholders and old witnesses wouldn't encourage everyone to dump their STEEM, then it would be much easier to sell it right now.

To be honest, I thought steem will have positive price actions as Justin will pump the shit out of it, I guess I was wrong.

Why would Justin bother to pump anything within first 13 weeks, while most of those who are migrating to HIVE are powering down? That wouldn't make sense.

Yep, very bad day trade hahaha..

Why would Justin bother to pump anything within the first 13 weeks, while most of those who are migrating to HIVE are powering down.

He wanted to set power down to max one week, which would have give him an advantage and opportunity to sell. After all, he said he is interested in money only.

he said he is interested in money only.

Exactly. So why would he decide to lose money and buy STEEM from those who are dumping it now?

Naturally it's best for him to wait, till all those users (like yourself) will power down and sell their STEEM for as little as possible.

That surely make sense from my point of view,
Cheers, Piotr

Of course, I powered down since steem isn't what I signed for. Fully centralized on every level, starting from API, all the way down to stakeholding.

20% of all the stake in the hands of a guy that doesn't seem to understand crypto fundamentals and is obviously unstable. .

Not sure why would anyone stay and take part in something so ironic and pathetic. I remember when everyone wrote about decentralization and benefits of blockchain tech, while at the same time supporting the opposite. :)

What are those crypto fundamentals?

I believe that crypto and blockchain is nothing but technology. And technology can be used in many ways. For majority investors and business owners, crypto is nothing more than an asset.

Not sure where to go. Unfortunatelly HIVE seem to have very small chance of surviving, since selling pressure is overpowering buying pressure even now - at it's best times. When all this hype is around HIVE and capital is still moving from Steem to hive.

I wish hive all success, however I think it will follow PALnet footsteps.

So where else to go?

ps. decentralization is a joke. Even halving which is taking place is bringing Bitcoin closer to centralization. Wouldn't you agree on that?

Cheers
Piotr

Hive has small chances of surviving as opposed to what? Steem?
Lol
It has much better performance if compared to steem, in every term possible. I remember you being pro-centralization oriented but always wondered why.
Im not saying that hive is fully decentralized, rather contrary, however everything that was considered valuable migrated towards it.
Not sure why would you compare it to palnet, somehow ignorant i would say, guess you just dont like people who moved away.

Dear @ocupation

Hive has small chances of surviving as opposed to what? Steem?

I didn't say that. I'm not very optimistic neither about STEEM or HIVE. I would more believe in STEEM alone, hoping that conflict between Justin and old Witnesses would never happened.

Not sure why would anyone stay and take part in something so ironic and pathetic

Unfortunatelly it did. So where shall all those people go?

I'm not comparing hive to steem. I think we are all kind of doomed. Wish to be more optimistic.

Piotr

Not sure, it is obvious that steem needed a rebrand. Despite superior technology along with strong layer zero we haven't moved for a long time. I believe the biggest problem was negative connotations around steemit, inc , layoffs, etc. There is no investor that would like to invest in the project that had to lay off 70% leading devs.

We are not doomed, it is simply the way it is and the market ain't helping. People will become bullish once the price starts following the value.

Will avoid investing in DPoS in the next few rounds though.

Dear @ocupation

Thanks for being always so reponsive. Have a great sunday ahead,
