      Hi @panconcajeta

      We've limited resources (voting power) and we're only are able to support new Project.hope members with one solid upvote weekly. Only people who are with us for little bit longer (and are active and engaging in comments) can count on more support.

      So to answer your question: no, policies didn't change.
