Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    I also think that during #newsteem there were still bots, why?
    because their posts may be of quality compared to some of the posts that get the most votes.
    Hmm.. and I do not mean to say that my posts are quality :)
