The benefits of having clear business goals in the short, medium and long term.

Today I want to share with all of you about the importance of goals at the organizational level and all that represents for companies to carry them out in the short, medium and long term, taking into account that each of them represent a growth and consolidation of the same.

For this it is necessary to know that the goals allow to focus the efforts within an organization that there is no clarity in the goals, since all effort made can be diluted, when they are not focused and actions are enrumban towards a common destination and success for each member of the company, therefore, there is a motivation to be able to align each and every one of the efforts in the same function of objectives.

It should also be noted that each of the established goals are guided by a set of plans and decisions, i.e. when plans are established, it must be clear how far we can go, and then decide the best route to follow.

In organizations, the goals allow managers to guide from the first moment of planning, and thus be able to make the best decisions in terms of achieving the objectives proposed by all in the best conditions such as time, expenses and optimal results.

We also managed to highlight that with the goals we can analyze and evaluate the progress achieved, which is a very determinant factor at the time of planning, so it gives the possibility to evaluate at a certain point in the development of the plan, how far has been reached and if this coincides with what was planned at the beginning of the planning.

To conclude we can affirm that the goals provide a sense of direction, establishing in the organizations a sense of orientation, and allows them to know where they want to go, otherwise this generates uncertainty.
