Hello to all members and friends of this community that has become the place to meet and learn. It is a pleasure to return to PH, greetings to all especially to @crypto.piotr and the moderators for the support over the years. Some of the members already know me and as I have published in some career posts I am a graduate in Letters, I specialized in linguistics, selecting the area of neurolinguistics, in this area we learn the vital importance of the use of words in our life in an integral way. Choosing correctly the words in which we want to express our will is a determining point between achieving or not your purposes.

The father of modern linguistics Ferdinand de Saussure begins his postulates with an expression that has marked the path of all studies of the use of words in all languages since the nineteenth century, his ideas revolve around that "our thought is an amorphous mass and only language can shape it", understanding by language any graphic, phonic, pictographic expression among others in which we communicate. It is enough to do a very simple exercise: put your mind in white, now try to think about the things you are going to do during the day without using any kind of visual, semantic, phonic images, nothing at all. Do you think it is possible to do it, we will see what you answer, but in my personal experience it is impossible to do it because without the representations of the world that are contained in the forms of words we can not recreate our world.

The same happens when we give our brain orders with the wrong expressions, for example, the phrase that inspired this writing "this year will be my year" I want to note that this is not an allusion to any post or person in particular is the study of a phrase that for years I have heard and that presents strong inconsistencies with happiness in the here and now. If we analyze carefully the phrase in the first place we find a temporal gap by not saying what year it is, even though "este" is an adverb of place for my brain it means nothing if it is not accompanied by the specification or determiner. We continue, "si será" here we find one of the important points of the neurolinguistic programming -the affirmation by means of the if-, but that is conditioned by the "será" this word generates doubt, it is an uncertain future that does not correspond with the reality in space and time.

And the cherry on the cake "my year", perhaps the years lived were not also our years, or is it that the others disappear by magic when a new year arrives. We must remember that happiness is made of instants of moments that can occur throughout our lives, we are the years we have lived, from the experience we nourish ourselves. When I say that this "if it will be my year" I am denying everything I lived in the previous ones. So how can we pretend to build a future without bases.

You, then you will ask and how should we express ourselves so that our thoughts are aligned with our intentions, goals and purposes, well each one according to what has been raised, but; the most important thing is to say and decree the things we long for in a clear way:
"This year 2024 I affirm that I will fulfill my goals and purposes in tune with the universe" as you can read is an expression in affirmative, with a mandate in present action where we are building the right path through our words. How about writing some of our resolutions in the comments in the present affirmative?
