Facebook networks spanning Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook itself have been disabled following an attempt to hijack the Facebook company’s domain name.
There has been an alert reported inability to access the social media servicessince Monday afternoon after a yet to be known hacker nuked the DNS A; an address file that holds an IP address of the space title and AAA records for Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.
Earlier the mark Mark Zuckerberg had tweeted about WhatsApp, saying, that they were aware some people are experiencing problems with WhatsApp at the moment. That they are working to get things back to how they use to be and will send an update for every one as soon as possible.”

I particularly believe that this is the beginning of much more war for the technological supremacy of communication on the planet, With this action no doubt that Facebook and Whatsapp have lost users or in its defceto helped to increase in a forced way to other telecommunications companies such as Telegram to give an example; also showed that the human being is not prepared to lose the means of communication that previously did not have, it is a general addiction.

Yesterday night, people could not access Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram here in Nigeria and alot of people at first panic because they thought their phone or Internet connection has Issues except later when they got to know what is really happening. Our dependant on social media is alarming.

It was really long 6 or 7 hours for someone who is in a holiday like me and likes to spend time on social media, yet glad twitter was there to fill some of that free time I had. Many reasons came behind what happened to FB, Instagram, and Whatsapp. Yet I'm not sure what's the real reason behind that since it was in the same day that Pandora Papers got trendy.
