You are walking down the street one sunny afternoon and suddenly the muse comes to you: you have a great idea, a theme that can change the world. All right, write it down on a piece of paper, a ticket or a text note on your phone. Send yourself a message. (Didn't you know you could do that?) Or record it in a voice memo. These days there's no excuse for not recording anything. It all starts with that idea you record and then develop into a notebook or a Word document.
The speech you write and prepare should be well written, coherent and meaningful. Depending on what you write, your oral presentation will be heard and seen. That is why we must be very careful. For my part, I write down my ideas and then I develop them, it is easier for me because I like to write, I love to write! Even so, what I wrote I must then segment and outline. That is, I write everything I want to express, but that will not be my speech. That I then purify and organize into sub-themes or parts. However, remember that the idea is not to read it, on the contrary, the notes you take and write will serve as a guide when presenting your speech. It's like a product catalogue, they serve as a guide to make the sales presentation. Or like when you want to talk to someone about something they sent you by text and you read and comment on the message in question.
Define the topic, research, collect and select the information, design or choose the support material, create the outline and of course, the introduction and conclusion. That will be your script.

I am one of those who uses telegram on a constant basis. Much more than WhatsApp. Telegram is my big notebook.
I even use a Bot that writes what I send as a voice note, it's great. There are so many tools now, that losing an idea is absurd. Good data the ones you provide. Regards.

Hello friend, really sometimes ideas can come at any time, even the idea for a post can come talking to a friend or watching TV, and taking note of the idea is the first step of a great writing, I have to do it because if I'm not in front of the PC I easily lose the idea, and as you say, with all the tools available on phones we have no excuses to record our ideas to develop them later.
