The brain is a very important part of the body and without the brain it is highly impossible for the other parts of the body to properly perform. The brain controls our movement and our entire activities and that certainly makes it a very important reason for us to care about the brain very much, choosing to pay close attention to details about the brain continues to remain important and of course the brain will not just grow on its own, it grows based on the way we get the brain engaged.
The brain can be engaged by making a decision to change routine from time to time, it is always advisable that in order for a relationship to get exciting, couples must learn to change routine from time to time and so it is with the brain as well, we could choose to wake up earlier and get to do more resourceful things differently and this will not only keep the brain excited but it will also keep it energized.
I have mentioned before that every part of our body is controlled by the brain so whatever we choose to do with the parts of our body always has a link back to the brain. Most of us are used to carrying out activities with a particular hand (either right or left) thereby rendering the other hand almost useless. It has also been discovered that switching things up a little bit by making use of the other (dormant) hand could make a good exercise to the brain.
I must admit that I am not good with games but it has been proven countless times that trying to play good brain-tasking games is a very good exercise to the brain. There are certain games that makes us think very well and certainly we should try out those games from time to time.
When was the last time you tried to memorize something? It is a good thing to have a list of what to do or what to purchase but it is good to get the brain exercised by trying to remember some of those things you have written on your list before looking at it. Memorizing some contacts is also a good way to boost your brain capacity.
When was the las time you tried reading? Reading has shown to be a very powerful force towards brain improvement. It is a good brain tasking exercise to keep learning new things and reading is a very good way to do that.

I have heard that before, it is not sci-fi, I really don't know why it works best for the brain. If you are right handed, try using your left hand to eat from time to time, it helps the brain a lot. When it comes to life generally we knows that exercise is very vital. The rate at which exercise projects us into another realm is something else, this is why it is good to make sure you engage the brian through constant exercise.
