The global life expectancy of the world has changed from time to time and in respect to other factors one of which is region to region. Do you know that how rich your nation is can determine how longer you will live? Countries such as Switzerland, Spain and Japan (83.3, 84.2, 83.1 respectively). People in Japan can live an average of 84 years and above. Before the 20s, there were less than 300 people who lived below this age but as the country became wealthier thousands of people began to experience a longer life expectancy. People living in countries like Okinawa live up to 89 years old as a result of good diet which includes fish and vegetable.

The access to good food and access to vaccine and good treatment has helped increase the lifespan of people around the world but it is no doubt that the economy of your determines if you will be happy or sad which would affect the longevity of life.

When there is good governance, favorable policies and access to life improving and saving amenities, then there will surely be an increase in the year a person would spend alive wanting to enjoy every day as it passes by. Without a doubt, a diet rich in fish and vegetables can benefit our health, and therefore increase life expectancy. On the other hand, I believe that wrong economic policies create stress levels in people, which end up affecting their health. Thank you for this interesting article.
